  • Bachelor of Arts in English - Technical Writing from the University of South Florida (1996)
  • Experience working in a variety of writing environments, including software start-up, small corporation, large corporation, and lone writer.
  • Expertise (7+ years experience) in all popular (and some not-so-popular) Technical Writing tools, including Adobe Framemaker, Microsoft Office, and RoboHelp Office.
  • Experience in Graphic Design principles and tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Fireworks.
  • Expertise with popular web development tools, such as Macromedia Dreamweaver and Microsoft Frontpage.
  • Experience working in a variety of software development methodologies, including Rational Unified Process, eXtreme Programming (XP), and Agile.
  • Experience in information design, information architecture, usability, user and task analysis, as well as with popular usability software tools Camtasia and Morae.
